Request Tracker — User Support
This is our ticketing system for user support.
To submit a support request, please email
support@vpr.tamu.edu for desktop support or
webapp@vpr.tamu.edu for issues with division-maintained websites. Sending email
to these general addresses will guarantee that you receive support as quickly as possible.
If you email individuals, they may or may not be in the office and this may delay a
response to your request.

This wiki is in support of the Systems Group
of the Division of Research at Texas A&M University.
It is for internal use
— you must log in to view or edit content, except for certain pages marked as
public. User accounts are currently restricted to the "RTS" context of
Active Directory.
Password Change
If you use a division AD account, you may go here to change
your Active Directory password, which is used by some division resources. If you log in
to your workstation with an account name of the form username@tamu.edu, that is
not a division AD account, but a NetID, and you should change your
password at gateway.tamu.edu instead.
Note: this is not for your NetID password. Go to gateway.tamu.edu to change your NetID password.
